The beautiful Miss Shana Albert has tagged me in a meme! Because this is the first meme I’ve ever been tagged in - I’m more than willing to participate. Brace yourselves…

1. I will be marrying my High School sweetheart on June 28,2008. Sorry ladies, but I’m off the market (and have been for the last 6 1/2 years). Apryl (shown above) and I have known each other since 8th grade and started dating during our senior year of high school. She’s my best friend and I can’t think of anyone I’d rather spend the rest of my life with!
2. I am insanely afraid of bees, sharks, and heights. Sharks and heights are a pretty common fear, but I must admit I’m a little embarrassed about bees. I will do whatever it takes to remove myself from any type of encounter with a bee. I don’t care if it is 20 feet away. Bees. Are. Scary. I don’t know if it is because I’ve never been stung, but those little guys look like they pack a lot of punch!
3. I hate the smell of cinnamon. I know it’s weird, but I really think it smells like a sneeze. Yep, that’s right, a sneeze. I swear you can smell them and I just can’t think of anything else when the scent of cinnamon fills the air. I don’t like it in food, as gum, and definitely not as a candle. Perhaps I should stop here before I dig myself in too deep of a “weirdo” hole.
4. I suffer from migraines. That is my big medical flaw, nothing compared to what poor Shana has been diagnosed with. I used to get about 4-5 of them a month, but since starting my medication and paying more attention to the triggers - I’ve cut it down to about 1-2 a month. When I get hit by a migraine I’m like a zombie. I can’t do anything but lay there (I can’t even talk). Luckily I don’t throw up like most people, but I’m completely useless. Luckily I can feel them coming on and I can get to a couch or bed to try and start the relief process. There are so many triggers so it can be hard to control: strong smells, getting up to fast, not enough sleep, stress, not eating enough, not enough light, change (yep, change in general), etc.
5. I am a Scuba Diver! I have been a certified scuba diver for over 8 years now, and it is something I really enjoy. The best moment I ever had was when I was diving in the Cayman Islands and I got to swim with a school of sea turtles. That is a moment I will never forget. If you have never scuba dived before, I highly recommend it. It is such a unique experience. Swimming with all sorts of fish and getting a new perspective of life under the sea is priceless.
6. If I could own any pet in the world, I would own a penguin. I think penguins are the coolest creatures on this earth, and there is nothing I want more than to own my own penguin. This is something I have wanted since I was a kid. They are so damn cute, I don’t know how anyone could choose anything else. I think I would name him Mr. Eko (yes, after the character on Lost). And we all know that penguins are chick magnets!
7. I’m a people pleaser. Whether it is doing something to make someone else happy, or just trying to entertain them in general, for some reason I am always trying to please people. I don’t know if it is necessarily a bad thing, but I definitely will put myself last in just about any situation. I just hate the thought of anyone feeling bad about something, or feeling down in general. I think people need to enjoy life and know that everything will be alright. I’m a very easy going person like that.
8. If I could live anywhere and do anything, I’d be a farmer in New Zealand. Ok, now that is definitely a little strange, but let me explain. I really love the outdoors, and I love nature. New Zealand, in my opinion, is one of the most beautiful countries in the world. It really appeals to me because it isn’t as built up as most places are. I think farming there sounds like the ideal position because I would get to take in all of that beauty each and every day. As much as I love being the best SEO in Gibsonia, PA - I would pack-up in an instant for a life like that. Actually, I’d probably cut myself off from most technology. I’d still watch Lost, though. And The Office.
Now assuming you made it this far through my post, I hope you feel better now that you know more about this Gonzo SEO. I would really like to get to know these three people better, too:
Brian Chappell, The Mad Hat, and that Pam chick, you have been tagged!

Hey Taylor!! Thank you so much in the 8 Random Thing about Me Meme. And, also for your much needed support. It was very difficult to open up about my illness…. I had been struggling with the thought of doing it for a long time. But, it is difficult to feel like an honest person holding something like this in when I work so closely with so many people.
It was wonderful getting to know you better in this post. Good luck with your migrains…. I know how debilitating they can be.

Well we’ve got 3 things in common on this list…heights, penguins and people pleasing. I have always wanted to hug a penguin. And a koala. Pretty soon the zoo is going to have to hang a wanted picture with my face on it to keep me from trying.
Of course now I will think of sneezing whenever I smell cinnamon. I’m glad sneezing isn’t like yawning where you do it if you think about. Crap now I’m going to yawn. Thanks.
P.S. your fiance is beautiful
