I created Gonzo SEO after falling in love with the writing style of the late, and great, Hunter S. Thompson. He was the founder of Gonzo Journalism, which is a reporting style that I’ve grown to really appreciate.

Gonzo journalism is a reporting style that favors style over accuracy - disclaimer, I will report accuracy to the best of my ability. It has grit, it isn’t polished, but most importantly: it comes from personal experience.

Gonzo SEO comes 100% from my personal experience with customers and with the Internet marketing world. I don’t write about theories, I write about proven facts. Things that I know will work, so you don’t need to worry about it. I like to use stories to explain my logic and when giving advice.

Hunter S. Thompson based his style on William S. Faulkner’s idea that “fiction is often the best fact.”
